Footprints On The Beach Villa, with pool, is located on the main island of Provo. The world famous Grace Bay is a 12 mile 'smile' of perfect sand, and the villa is located at the eastern end, on a section of beach called Pelican Beach, in the peaceful gated Leeward residential area (no hotels, just private homes!). The TCI is located just 1 hours flight from Miami, and is made up of several islands, all surrounded by the Atlantic and Caribbean seas. The island of 'Provo' is only 20 miles long, and has a marvellous choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops as well as a highly regarded 18 hole golf course. It is known to be the safest of all Caribbean island and is perfect for families. The sea is a warm, uniquely blue/green and the sand is as perfect as you would imagine. The house is in the most exclusive address, Flamingo Lane, neighboured only by a few similar large homes. You even have a celebrity next door but one! The villa's gardens were created by the designer of The Palms.

  • To secure a booking, a 25% deposit is required. The balance (75%) is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
    Upon arrival, our villa management partners will meet you and lead you to the villa. They will request a copy of a credit card that will be utilised as a security deposit if required.

    Air con is free up to a weekly value of $150, thereafter, the usage will be charged to you credit card.
    There are meters for you to assess your personal use.

    42 inch Flat screen, with built in surround sound wall speakers (plus satellite TV's in every bedroom), iPod base stations, XBox, wireless in all rooms, full size pool table, 3 bikes (more can be sought for hire), built in fully automatic espresso machine, fully-loaded office for dad's who can't be without communications on their vacation.

    HUMMER H2! As guests, you have the option to utilise the mansions private 2006 Hummer H2, in gleaming white with leather trim, and all the extras.
    A separate booking is required as this is not included in the standard accommodation rates. Drivers must be over 25 years of age, have a full and clean licence. Full insurance must be take at the time of booking. $1000 per week.

The house, pool and beach are perfect. The owners and managers are a delight to deal with.
