North Myrtle Beach condo Rental Property Information

Welcome to Golf Colony Resort, located on Route 9 in Little River, South Carolina. We are 1 mile east of highway 31 and 1/2 mile west of 17 across from Seacoast Medical Center. This first floor condo is an end unit, with parking very close to the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a TV with a DVD/VCR combo. The bedroom has a TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a set of bunkbeds. New closet organizers have been installed for your convenience. Extra blankets are also provided under the bunkbeds. The entire condo has recently been painted and is very clean.

Further Details for the condo in Myrtle Beach Area, South Carolina, USA

The screened-in porch is just off the family room and has magnificent views of the pool and beautiful landscaping. It is very quiet and peaceful throughout the day. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a good book during the day. The pool area has many chairs and tables for your use. The pool area is shared by our small colony and is generally not crowded. Please respect the noise level for others in the area. There is also a charcoal grill, located by the pool, for your use.

Golf courses are located within minutes of Golf Colony Resort. Cypress Bay, Eagle Nest, Azalea Sands and Possum Trot are area golf courses that you may enjoy. We are a 5 minute car ride to the Cherry Grove Pier and the many public beach accesses located in North Myrtle Beach. Little River is located just off highway 31 and is just over the bridge from 17. Located on 17 are dozens of restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses and area attractions. Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets and Boardwalk on the Beach, are all a short drive from the condo. The condo's location has premier access to beaches, golf courses and amusements, or it can simply be a relaxing time away from home.
