The entertainment room includes a PS3, TV, DVD, and two laptop PC's, video games and an extensive DVD collection for all ages, together with a selection of board games and books (for the traditionalists!) Located 2 km away from the Emirates Golf Club, from the Mall of the Emirates and from the Wild Wadi, this holiday villa is perfectly based for a luxury Dubai vacation. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The houseboy will run short errands including grocery shopping if required. Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.
  • Prices are based on a 6 person minimum occupancy, please ask for pricing for larger groups of up to 10. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 1.8% processing fee. A security deposit of £200 is payable on booking and refunded in cash at the end of your stay.

Notes:

The houseboy / driver is available 6 days per week from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m and will manage local grocery shopping if required. Babysitting is available for an additional fee of 40AED per hour (approx. £6, $10) paid directly to the houseboy (he is absolutely trustworthy, and babysits my own children when we use the villa). A small selection of popular games are provided for the PS3 and you are welcome to load your own PC games onto any of the PC's. A large DVD collection is available for viewing. The pool is heated to at least 28 degrees in winter, and cooled to 30 degrees in summer.

Dubai vacation villa - guest comments Mr Valli & Family - Leicester. July 2007. We have visited Dubai many times, this is the first time the children really enjoyed themselves despite the weather at this time of year because the facilities in the villa, such as the entertainment room, pool etc. We were informed the Palm was still under construction so we were not sure of what to expect, however the villa was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The views were breath taking. We have enjoyed ourselves and have had a great time staying at the villa. We want to hopefully return again soon! Jason has been excellent and helpful.

Golf Information: The Emirates Golf Club has become one of the favourite golf course of the world's top players because it is the first grass course in the Middle East, and the favourite location for the PGA European Tour event, The Dubai Desert Classic. The first 7, 211 yard, par 72 Majlis Course is complemented with a second course, par 72 Challenge, a 7,114 yard Wadi Course.
