The penthouse is situated in the centre of the capital city of Sabah Kota Kinabalu (KK) on the 11th and 12th floor in the Marina Court Resort Condominium fronting the south China sea the view is spectacle. Most maps of KK have Marina Court Condominium marked on them, the main shopping complexes is just across the road, and the Water Front with its night life clubs restaurants no more than 5 min walk away, night markets at the top end of the water front have very cheap food and a great place to buy takehome food.

The Penthouse is in the Marina Court Resort condomimiun right on the water front in the heart of the capital of Sabah Kota Kinabalu, 10 min. ride in a taxi from the airport. You are surrounded by shopping complexes and restaurants cafes and bars are no more than 5 min. walk away. The food has got to be eaten to be believed it is fantastic and very cheap, fresh sea food, chicken and untold variety of fresh veggies you can eat out or buy fresh from the markets and cook your self in the fully equipped kitchen. 2 hours by bus or car is Mt Kinabalu Park the highest mountain climbable in Asia

Rental Rates for the apartment in Malaysia



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • •A minimum of 4 nights per stay is required, if you are staying longer and wish to leave for 2 or 3 days you will not be charged for these day and you can leave any baggage in the apartment till your return, this must be arranged before arrival.
    •A maximum of 12 guests per night.
    •Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional 50rm per service.
    •Rates are valid to December 2007.
    •A computer with broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
    •The computer is set up with skype so you can call the owner in NZ free of charge
    •All other telephone calls can be made by buying a phone card.
    • We offer a secure online credit card payment system. Please email us for details at info@resortlodge.co.nz.
    •A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking.
    •Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
    •Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit
  • •Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
    •Check -in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
    •Smoking is not permitted inside
    •We regret family pets and animals are not invited. We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
    •Penthousekk accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
    •Penthousekk endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
    •Should events arise beyond the control of Penthousekk, regarding the availability of this property, then the booking may be cancelled by Penthousekk, in which event, all moneys paid as deposit shall be refunded in full, and the lessee shall have no further claims against Penthousekk or its servants
  • THE RATE OF $200 PER NIGHT IS FOR THE FIRST 2 PEOPLE THEN $50 FOR EACH EXTRA PERSON FIRST 2 KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE. Third or more kids $25 each

Fishing Trips I can also arrange a day fishing or 2 days 1 night or for the real keen fisherman we can arrange a 6 day 5 night trip out into the South China Sea. this trip is a trip of a life time the fishing is fantastic, if any one is interested I can send them some photos of my last trip. We have a 6 day trip booked for 1 May 07 and there is space still available on this trip. If interested let me know.

Diving This can also be arranged. I have access to a boat that sleeps 15 people, set up for living on board and spending up to 7 nights at sea diving on reefs and ship wrecks in and around the south China sea, Layang -layang a world renowned dive area. for more information on this just email me
