Dubai apartment Rental Property Information

This luxurious 1470 sq feet apartment was one of the first Palm properties ready for occupation. It is in the very best position on the trunk looking down from the lower Penthouse floor to the 'private' beach and towards the Burj al Arab Hotel (yes the photo was taken from our balcony ). The Palm is one of the biggest engineering projects in the world. It does not yet have all the incredible planned facilities but a beach, a swimming pool , a bar and restaurants opening in early 2008 plus the multitude of nearby Dubai attractions should be more than enough. If there are just two of you think ask about our 'Four Poster bed and Breakfast' offer. We call ourselves Contrastescapes with Heinke's Haus in Bad Kleinkirchheim Austria (35184). So the choice is your or visit both at a discount. Remember it is hot during the summer but the pools have coolers.

The Palm - Jumeirah - Dubai is changing every day. our apartment is in the first completed section of the Palm Dubai's main hotel area is only a bridge away, and the view from your 9th floor balcony is worth the trip! Dubai has shopping, beaches hotels, indoor skiing, the water park, golf, motor sports, excellent restaurants, nightclubs and a sense of urgency. Our apartment is really something special with the beach , view and a hideaway from the bustling life outside. Dubai is an experience not to be missed.
