Located on the oceanfront, our beautiful 2BR beach house in the Bahamas offers lots of windows and great views. There's also access to extensive water activities, including excellent scuba diving and snorkeling, boating, sailing, fishing, bonefishing, and more. Exuma is one of the friendliest 'family islands' in the Bahamas -- a great place to get away from it all. You're sure to enjoy our great beaches and weather any time of year.

  • The home is divided into three separate living areas, a main upper level, a self contained guest quarters on the lower level (included in the rental lease), and a separate private apartment for our caretaker. The main upper area sleeps 4 and is surrounded ocean side by a wooden deck from which to enjoy the sunrise each morning as you start another day in paradise. This level contains a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a greatroom for living and dining comfort and full-size fully furnished kitchen. The octagonal greatroom has large windows and window seats which offer a spectacular 180° view of the ocean and includes a living area with sofa bed and a dining area with a table that seats 8. The greatroom opens to a full size kitchen. A separate downstairs unit is included in the lease. This unit contains a full bath, one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed.
