A large dinning table, two full size refrigerators, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Enjoy sleeping on quality bedding throughout, as well as extra large bedrooms and closets. The elegant master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and eight windows providing a view across the lake. The West coast of Lower Herring is part of a land conservancy, so its completely natural without homes, just trees, beach and dunes. Sunset has a total of 6 bedrooms, there are 3 king size beds,3 queen size beds; all have new bedding. The two large bathrooms with full shower/ tub, heaters, and vanity.

Rental of this property includes use of a row boat with electric trolling motor, paddle boat, canoe, and shared boat dock and floating trampoline . The home has parking for four cars and boat trailers. There is a beach fire ring for bonfires. Gigantic dunes are located on both ends of lake.
