The Sand Dollar is a beautiful, 4 BR/3 bath (2 master suites) canal-front house with a large swimming pool and all the amenities and comforts of home. It's located in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Key Colony Beach, near Marathon, mm 53.5, in the Middle Florida Keys. The Sand Dollar is approximately 1 hour from Key West and 2 hours from Miami. The city of KCB offers 2 playgrounds, tennis courts, a golf course, 3 restaurants, charter boats, and much more. The home's main floor is on the 2nd level accessed via outside stairs. It has a master suite with a queen bed/bath, a second bedroom with king bed and easy chair, and a third bedroom with twin beds (also, a TV/VCR for the kids). The main floor also has the living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceiling and double French doors opening onto the wrap-around porch balcony, offering a great view of the canal. The 3rd floor loft has a desk/sitting area, a King bedroom/bath and a balcony with views of the ocean and Vaca Cut.

Being directly off of Vaca Cut, there's always some fish action. If you're lucky, you may even spot a manatee or dolphin in the canal! The upstairs loft balcony offers magnificent views of Vaca Cut, the ocean, and gorgeous Keys sunsets! The home features a lovely, 32-foot swimming pool overlooking the canal. There is a 30-foot, wooden, pier dock with electricity, a water hose, and a shower. From the 14th Street canal, there is immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf via Vaca Cut.
