Monthly rental rates are discounted from October 1 to May 31. Rates are higher during USA Holiday periods Thanksgiving weekend Wed-Sun $1150. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. or later; checkout: 10:00 a.m.
  • To reserve the cottage, please send a 50% deposit refundable. Please indicate by email when the check has been sent. The remaining balance must be received not less than twenty-one days before the first rental date. In addition, a separate $250 refundable damage deposit check must be sent with the final balance.

  • Credit cards and wire transfers accepted with processing fee.

We just wanted to say how much we had enjoyed our stay. Your house is lovely - well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and used it a great deal (including the barbecue!) Being able to walk to the beach was a great bonus as on some days the family went to Six Flags and so we were without a car. Also within walking distance was the excellent Italian restaurant Cappelletti's in Seaward Avenue - not much to look at from outside but the food was really very good. We also enjoyed our visit to the Ventura County Fair (also on a no-car day) so we were able to use the park and ride service. We were very impressed with the local crafts we saw there - quilting,egg decorating, woodwork etc. Ventura itself is a lovely town for wandering - lots of interesting little shops and the pier is a must!! We found the local people very friendly and helpful - we even met a 'neighbour' at the County Fair!! All pleased to promote the delights of the local area.
