The air conditioned condo is 1900 sq. ft. in total. It is 8 minutes walk from a national park beach rated in the top ten in the USA. The spacious terrace, where you can wine and dine has views over gardens, gazebo and lagoon preserve beyond. It has a large resort style pool and spa similar to luxury hotel, with a Tiki hut for snacks, a fine restaurant, a well equipped gym and 6 tennis courts. These, plus chairs and umbrellas are available free of charge. The condo itself has a large master bedroom suite with separate bathroom and two other bedrooms and bathroom.The comfortable lounge has a flat screen TV. There are 2 dining areas next to a fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile appliances, including fridge with ice-maker and water filter, built in microwave and waste disposal. The separate laundry room has washing machine and drier.The large screened terrace is bug free and suitable for dining and sunbathing. It also faces west which is ideal for the famous Florida sizzling sunsets.

The Dunes is a short walk from the Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Beach, rated as one of the top ten beaches in the U.S.A. Restaurants: If you do not feel like driving, the Dunes itself features the first class Plantation Club restaurant plus a Tiki Bar for snacks and drinks around the resort pool. Within a short driving distance there are numerous restaurants and bars of all types. Shopping : Naples is a beautiful town, which has preserved many old Florida features. Shopping is up scale to match its many wealthy inhabitants. Nearby Bonita Springs has the new Coconut shopping mall, one of the biggest in Florida, as well as an outlet mall which has lots of bargains. Golf : This area has the most golf courses per square mile in Florida to match all standards and pockets. Attractions : Nearby are 2 water parks, and several nature parks complete with a host of birds and alligators.
