Beautiful 83m2 apartment in the centre of Barcelona, district “L'Eixample”. It is composed of a living/dining room and four bedrooms. Three of them double bedrooms, each with two single beds, convertible into king-size bed, and one individual with two bunk beds. TWO COTS AVAILABLE. That makes 8 beds in total + 2 cots. Also a totally equipped kitchen and two complete bathrooms. It includes air conditioning, LCD TV, home cinema/DVD, Wifi Internet, oven/microwaves, coffee machine, toaster... The decoration preserves the original 'Catalan style'. Located in a very centric district of Barcelona close to all monuments in less than 10 minutes by subway as Ramblas, el Born, Plaza Catalunya... It is very much appropriated for business stays being very closed to the Trade Fair. Just 5 minutes from Pza. Catalunya. Surroundings are vital, but safe and clean, beside a big and nice park. Not noisy at all, which is very different to the touristic centre of the city. VISA AND OTHER CARDS ACCEPTED

One of the nicest features of this apartment is the magnificent situation close to Plaza España, along with the magic fountains and Montjuic Mountain which means fantastic firework shows at certain times of the year from the comfort of your living room This apartment is perfect for a family or a group of professionals

Close to the Arenas apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuïc and Plaza de España. From here you are just at the feet of the Montjuïc mountain where various sightseeing attractions are located, like Poble Espanyol, the Olympic stadium and swimming pools. There is also the National Museum of Catalunya where on weekend nights the guest can watch the famous fountains work!! The guest staying at the Feria III apartment can access the city centre via metro which can be found right outside the building where the apartment is located. The metro will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, El Borne and so on. As you can see, should you choose to stay at the Feria III apartment during your visit to Barcelona, you will literaly find yourself in the heart of Barceona.
