  • A 10% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing plus security deposit will be due 28 days before the check-in date, OR if the check-in date is less than 28 days away.
    Payment method: A PayPal invoice will be sent to you. For registration and insurance purposes the person remitting funds via PayPal must be one of the guests staying at the apartment.
    Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to events beyond our control and will refund all monies received.
  • Check-In & Check-Out Times

    Check-in is from 14:00, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost, providing advance notice is given. This is dependant on no other guests vacating the apartment on the day of your arrival. In this case bags can be left in the apartment after 10:30am whilst the apartment is being prepared for your stay.

    Check-out Time is by 10:00 am.

    This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors. If no other guests are arriving on the day of your departure we can be more flexible with your check out time.
  • We have a minimum 3 night stay policy, a cleaning charge will be levied for stays less than 3 nights.

There is a pullout double sofa bed in the sitting room suitable fro up to two adults. The maximum number of people the apartment can accommodate is 4 persons. There are many large glass panels and doors in the apartment. Parents and carers of children need to consider the suitability of this apartment as care needs to be taken to prevent injury in case of accidental impact with the glass panels or doors.
