Layout This luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa, sleeps 4/6people, offers luxury, and breathtaking views. Over recent months it has been completely renovated to an extremely high standard, with contemporary designs that strike a perfect balance between home and hotel. In order to be family friendly, There is a fabulous and extensive terrace for relaxing in the sun, also a BBQ area. The lounge,diner and kitchen all have fabulous unspoilt views
Bedrooms Both bedrooms are accessed by a stone, half spiral staircase. Master bedroom, 2 single beds, side tables and bedside lamps and air-con/heating, built in wardrobes and en-suite. The master bedroom had double doors leading onto extensive communal gardens, shared only by another 5 properties. Bedroom 2, single beds, side tables and bedside lamps and air-con/heating, built in wardrobes, there is an additional bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom.
Accesibilty and Booking conditions Accessibility As you will see from the photographs, the Villa is in an enviable position, parking can be found directly outside the Villa, and front door allows easier access, into the living area. Inside the villa, there two sets of staircases stairs,one leads directly leads directly to the bedrooms and the other to the roof terrace. Outside The roof terrace is a wonderful area and is a sun worshipper’s paradise, fully equipped with four full length sun beds and towels also provided. For those who prefer the shade there is a large under covered BBq areaThe views across the La Manga Club to the hazy welcome of the Mar Menor. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 A 30% deposit is required when booking your holiday. 2 Anyone using the accomodation does so entirely at their own risk. The owners do not accept reponsibility for loss or damage to persons and their personal property. 3 To maintain our high standards a key deposit of £100 is required to protect against loss or accident
Other Activities Guests staying at the villa are deemed to be 'Residents' and as such qualify for 50% discount on Golf and Tennis.
