'L'Azur' is brand new on the market and has been totally renovated and refurbished. There is A/C in both bedrooms and living room. Please know that another apartment 'Le Nostalgique' 75m2 (same lay-out with 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed) is available in the same street. Please check property ref: 72367. Both apartments can be rented out 'together'. Total sleeping capacity: 10. Walking distance from one apartment to the other: 1 min. 'L'Azur' doesn't have a car park, but there are plenty secure underground parking possibilities at 'Le Gray d'Albion' which is just next door.

guest comments From the US and first time in Cannes and really enjoyed it!!! There is so much to see and really no need for a car. L'AZUR is centrally located, only a few steps to the sea front. Great restaurants all around and truely amazing shopping. We really appreciated the open market near by and this most delicious bakery... Thanks Bettina for your tips. Guest comments Wir kommen jedes Jahr zur Royal Regatta nach Cannes und haben zum ersten Mal L'AZUR gebucht. Bettina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage diser Wohnung ist 1A nur ein paar Schritte zum Hafen. Wir kommen definitif wieder und werden das naechste Mal wahrscheinlich beide Wohnungen auf rue Macé buchen L'AZUR und LE NOSTALGIQUE.
