Details for Economical 2BR apartment 'La Tana' in Siena Area, Tuscany, Italy

'La Tana' is the most familyfriendly apartment of our 5 accomodations. Located on the groundfloor of “Casa Acacia”, the oldest of our 4 farmhouses, it was constructed more then 300 years ago by local farmers, intended to house sheep and goats. We have been able to trace its origine back as far as the 16th century. Faithfully restored to maintain the old structure of its ancient vaulted brick ceilings, so typical for this area, its walls have been handpainted in warm relaxing colours that make you feel very welcome. The apt. can be reached going down a short gravel path with some steps. The entrance is up 4 steps from the paved sun terrace (overlooking the pool area) with its little covered patio. Inside 1 dining room/kitchen (with 4ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), 2 cosy small doublerooms sleeping a max of 4, 1 shower/wc as well as lovely rose-covered wintergarten-style sittingroom.
