The Apartment is located in a fancy beach of S. Conrado, with beautiful people and quiet environment, not packed with thousands of people like Ipanema and Copacabana which are 5 and 10 minutes by car from the building, Staying in S. Conrado you will be luxuriously installed like no one hotel or apartment rentals, and you will have the day life and the night life happening nearby you. Ipanema and Leblon to the North and Barra da Tiujuca to the South of the building. Barra da Tijuca is where night life happens in Rio de Janeiro. Get there in 5 to 10 minutes max. from the building. Bus stop in front of the building.

THIS IS A FAMILY BUILDING. Couples and ladies all ages are welcome. It is not an all men apartment for fun, sorry. Building is STRICTLY RESIDENTIAL HIGH CLASS..
    IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THIS APARTMENT BEFORE, YOU WILL HAVE 5% DISCOUNT OVER ALL NEW BOOKINGS!!!
  • If you stay more, it will be cheaper for each extra night of stay. Booking requires 20% down payment, non refundable, balance to be paid IN FULL 30 days before arrival in Rio. If paid all when booking, It has a 5% discount over the Total. FOR CARNIVAL 2009 we still have it available.
    All reservations must be cleared ( paid in full), at least 30 days before the first day of stay. Or when booked, with 5%discount if paid more than 60 days in advance. Payments made are non refundable.
  • The more you stay the cheaper it will become!
    When you buy the carnival package, staying a minimum of 5 nights, the extra days if you decide to stay more it will be much cheaper. .also we have special rates for 30 days of stay. And remember this is a high class apartment with most of everything inside even computer and / or internet connection, 2 flat screen lcd hd one 46' full view another one 32' in the bedroom for dvd. 3 baths, den ( office) and so on. 1st class apartment compared to a 5 star hotel, or even better. Very modern and High class decoration in every room. Built to be owner residence. Feel the forest inside your living room. Go outside and in walking distance, 100 meters away you have the Cozy and the safest Beach of S. Conrado. The buildong besides it is one block from the beach, it faces a small forest when you see through the Living room and Master bedroom windows. This little forest is just across the street. It is a preserved one by the Government. Little monkeys jump sometimes carrying the babies from three to three and can be viewed from the buildong. This gives you a unique feature, the forest view making your days and nights more pleasant and not so warm. Very important in Rio de Janeiro.

The maximum allowance is 4 people in the apartment controlled by the super of the building. No exceptions. Ethical behaviour is a must and welcome, once the building is strictly residential, with 2 cameras for security purposes and 24-hour doorman. No loud noises between 8pm and 8am. Parties are strictly prohibited. The building has 3 elevators. One Service elevator and 2 Social ones (each elevator serves only 2 apartments per floor. That is the main reason why hosts come back every year to the apartment. It is luxurious and secure. Again, this is not an all men apartment rentals, suitable for fun. Beding sheets /bath towels are clean and never used for sex party by customers other rentals allow tourists bring people in. My apartment is strictly residential. Family or ladies, and all girl group of 4, or couples are welcome.

The apartment It is richly furnished, totally renovated this year, with all utilities you need to stay as a tourist or business man and has a very 'cosy' environment. Perfect for a honey-moon. The double bedroom (Master suite) has a 6 door closet, and a complete computer station with HIGH SPEED Internet connection ready. The Twin Bedroom has a 4 door closet. Two Flat HDTV with Cable and international news, like BBC and CNN international. DVD Player is also available. If something happens and one device becomes unavailable for any sudden unexpected reason, it will not be given any discount on the rates due to that fact but we will try to fix it.

Business and pleasure It has no phone line. You can rent a mobile phone at the airport on your arrival. The building is in the center of the land with no buildings attached to it which makes it more safe. The beach is located one block from the apartment. The supermarket and shopping mall, restaurants, stores and so on are one and a half block from the apartment, some inside the Charming S. Conrado Fashion Mall the most sophisticated one in Rio de Janeiro, also called Charming Shopping. The apartment is between Leblon Beach and Barra da Tijuca Beach. Around 1.5 miles from Leblon beach, 2.5 miles from Ipanema beach and 6 miles from Copacabana beach. São Conrado is in the middle of everything specially for the Rio night life. Get everywhere easier form S. Conrado then from another place. To Sugar Loaf, Corcovado, Barra da Tijuca, Ipanema, Lagoa, Barrashopping ( a must see) and Rio Sul Shopping. Being in S. Conrado you are anywhere easily in few minutes. Taxis are extremely cheap in Rio.

How long to stay? Rio de Janeiro is a wonderful city. If you are not married, please go visit it before you do. If you are already, take your lover to this paradise. You will enjoy more your relationship in this scenario. If you plan to visit everything, you need months. But if you want to see and enjoy the best from Rio let Paul get to know and he will be happy in advising you on your private and particular tour. Please send an email before you travel. He can recommend a taxi driver who speaks english to serve you at your expenses. Business men are welcome!!! A DEN with computer station and Internet is available to serve you. Several executives have already worked hardly during the day and enjoyed the night life in Rio hosted in this apartment. One or two weeks in Rio are reasonable to tell people that you know Rio de Janeiro.
