Apartment 'BIANCO' is a new holiday apartment with pool and beautiful gardens at a few mins drive to the nice sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore, on the renowned Tuscany coast, 'Verslia'.Ap.'BIANCO', is a 1st floor ap. sleeps 4+2, composed of living-room with cooking corner( fridge), 2 double bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bathrooms/shower. In case this ap. can host 6 persons,too, there's a double sofa-bed in the living-room- The ap. has a nice private veranda, too, to enjoy the view of the pool and of the park. It's part of a recently completely restored country house composed of 5 new holiday apartments. They have been lovingly restored with great flair, they are all very confortable ones and with kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning, spacious bedrooms and veranda. The property is situated at about 5 mins to the nice sandy beaches and seaside resorts of the 'Versilia' region on the Tuscany coast: Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio are the nearest, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi are at 15mins drive .. A supermarket and a small shopping area, with some restaurant/pizzeria are within 800 mt. The region 'versilia' offers miles of golden beaches, smart resorts, mountain villages and coastal towns with superb restaurants . Opera, arts and music festivals run throughout summer and make Versilia a region where visitors can soak up Italian culture at its finest. Nice shopping on the'Promenade,in Viareggio, in Lido di Camaiore and in the smart Forte dei Marmi. From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting excursions by boat to the Isola d'Elba, Cinque Terre, Portovenere can be made. Golf club at 5km - Artistical towns are easy to reach, too, by car or by train, Pietrasanta at 10mins, Lucca at 25mins, Pisa 30mins ,Florence 70mins.
