Our beautiful villa comes with its own 26 foot private pool and spa - ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks! Comfortably accommodates up to 12 people - ideal for families and friends alike. Cable TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 provided free of charge. We also provide a cot, high chair and other baby accessories for the little ones at no extra cost. Located just half a mile from Tuscan Hills you'll find a Publix and a Super Wal-Mart. there are also over 20 championship quality golf courses nearby. You can also make use of the resort facilities free of charge. Whether you're looking for a game of tennis, volleyball, or a good workout at the gym, or simply surfing the internet, you'll find it at the resort's clubhouse just seconds from your front door. Our property managers are also based in the clubhouse to look after all your vacation needs.

The villa is also within minutes of all the essential amenities including gas stations, banks, Publix supermarket and Super Wal-Mart, as well as a variety of shops, diners, bars, takeaways and restaurants. On site facilities include a 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean Style Club House with fitness room, tennis courts, children's play area and a sand volley ball court.     In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.   • Security Deposit

    There is a security deposit of £200.00 to be paid 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you 14 days after your departure from the property.

We were able to golf in the morning, clean up and be at the parks by 2:00 PM. Your home is spotless, as well as very spacious and comfortable. The boys loved the game room and having their own pool. You can count on us to look you up again next year!!'

Review - Fiona, Hertfordshire, UK 'Very nice property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 5 of us stayed here with no space problem at all. Kitchen is large enough for holiday purposes. Bedroom are all clean and well maintained.They are very attractively furnished and there was plenty of space for clothing bags and cases. Lovely pool and jacuzzi area. The kids loved the pool and the spa, and it was great to be able to chill out and enjoy a glass of wine and a good book whilst being able to keep a close eye on them.We found that the pool heating was essential for us, and enabled us to enjoy the pool from v early am until late at night. Pool lighting is great There are tennis courts on site as well as a small gym in the cluhouse, Travelling to all the attractions was no problem and generally took no more than 20-30 mins. Supermarkets such as PUBLIX and Walmart are really close by. WIFI connection in clubhouse so don't forget your WIFI enabled laptop We would definitely stay here again!'
