Our luxurious two storey pool home is located on the ever popular Four Corners Estate approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive from Disney and easy reach of interstate -4 and Old Town Kissimmee Large Walmart Supermarket approx 3.5 miles Approx 1 hours drive to the sandy beaches at Daytona and Cocoa. Busch Gardens is around an hours drive away. Championsgate Golf Resort approx 5 miles

HOME DETAILS Fully air conditioned/heated throughout Additional ceiling fans In some rooms. There is a cot, stroller and high chair available free of charge if required. The property consists of a lounge/dining room with a double size sleeper sofa which seats three, a 2 seater sofa, 2 lamp tables and lamps, coffee table. There is also a large dining table which easily seats 6. This leads into the main lounge area with 42 inch plasma tv, dvd player, playstation 2 with games and additional 2 and 3 seater sofas, lamps/tables There is a large well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all equipment needed for a relaxing vacation. Adjoining this is an informal bistro style dining area which leads to the pool via patio doors. The pool is fully screened and there is a safety fence if required for children There is a large games room with pool table, air hockey and darts. Utility room with full sized washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board

POOL AND PATIO DETAILS The pool area faces onto conservation land and is fully screened and enclosed with a West facing pool for incredible sunsets. There are pool loungers, table and chairs available for your comfort. For our younger guests safety, we have a safety enclosure fence which surrounds the pool area

Golf Information: The property is ideally situated for golf lovers with many top quality courses just minutes away.
