Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Once you make a provisional booking this will be held for upto 7 days and we request a 30% non-refundable deposit. The final outstanding balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a fully refundable security deposit of £200 to cover breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.
  • Check out time is 10.00 hrs local time on the day of departure, please note late check out fee will be made after this time, Check in time is not before 16.00 hrs local time on the day of arrival. The whole villa is designated as NONE Smoking for safety and comfort, It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc.
  • The accommodation provided solely for the use of the clients and guests named on the booking form, no subletting and or reassignment is strictly prohibited, No clothing, bedding or similar items shall be dried or aired in the outdoor area.
