- 1. Above prices are per week for either one or both villas/floors with all 3 or 5 bedrooms. Typical week in August 2010 will cost £1,980 for both floors and all five bedrm's. A typical week in early June or late Sept 2010 will cost £780 for the top floor and all 3 bedrooms.
2. From 13th June 2010 to 18th Sep 2010 you can only hire it as a complete unit. (All 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrm's, up to 14 people).
3. Any other period 2010 you can hire the top floor with 3 bedrooms, up to 7 people for the above rates.
4. The swimming pool is available from the 01/06/2010 to 10/10/2010.
5. To secure the booking 25% of the total is required at the time of reservation via bank transfer.
6. The full balance is payable 12 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.
7. If your time of arrival at the villa is less than 12 weeks then the full amount is due at the time of your booking. - 1. One car hire is also included in the price when you book the whole property in the period of 27th June to 03rd Septeber 2010.
2. Security deposit £250 required at owners discretion before arrival, returned within 2 weeks after departure. - Generous welcome pack with food and drinks, full linen, bathroom towels, air con, swimming pool maintenance, electric, water, and maid services all included in the price.
