2 bedroom-flat of of 1050 Sqft in the heart of Nice's musician quarters.The flat is on the 6th and last floor of a period building with a lift. All rooms open to a balcony through french doors and face South.. High ceiling, airy, sun all day, terrace. The flat has a very large living room with wood floor and 3 large French floor to ceiling windows, period furniture. 1 master bedroom with built in cupboards, one further bedroom with twin beds. 1 bathroom with bath. Kitchen with all appliances, dish washer and a dining table. The flat has lots of storage space, washing mashine. There is a cot and a high chair for babies in the flat. It is above a small garden with trees and is very quiet. Yet, you are at 5-10 min walk from the beach, 5 min from train station, have shops in your street, and 10-15 min drive from airport.
