    There is a returnable security deposit of $500 (£300) payable on booking for rentals up to one month. For rentals of more than one month a deposit of $1000 (£600) is required and half of this will be subtracted from the balance and the remainder held over as the security deposit.

The Queen bedroom has sliding door access to the pool deck and lake views. The den/4th bedroom has a small walk-in closet. Master, Queen, twin and Den all have TVs. The Den has DVD player and has views over the pretty courtyard. Twin room has i-Pod dock. All bedrooms have been recently refurbished. The Master and the Den are fully tiled with 20' porcelain tiles whilst the Queen and Twin bedrooms have brand new hardwood flooring. Crib(s) and high chair and crib bedding provided.
