Negril villa Rental Property Information

Tropical Breeze Guesthouse and villa is a small family owned holiday rental with split level 4- 6 bedrooms . We offer a lovely large 28 x 15 swimming pool and are just minutes away from the beautiful seven mile stretch of white sand beach that Negril is famous for. We have a large fully equipped kitchen for self catering or we can provide shopping and chef services upon request. Our villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor with an additional two ensuite rooms on a lower level. You may rent out the main floor or the whole six bedrooms for up to 11 persons depending on your group size. Our pool deck boasts a gorgeous view and can offer privacy or a great dining area for your meals. We are in a fantastic location with all amenities within minutes of our holiday home rental. We are an exceptionally priced value for villa rental and we are sure you will not find a better price for your group rental. Come and experience all that our holiday home rental has to offer!!

When coming into Negril from Norman Manley blvd follow it right to the town centre, DO NOT enter the roundabout but stay left. Follow this road approx. 300 metres where you will see a private lane on your right hand side (the first lane you come to) between two plazas, Taites plaza with Juici beef patty shop and White Swan plaza with Tan Tan pastry shop also Devon House ice cream. There are also a bunch of stalls where ladies sell fresh fruit and veggies, turn UP the lane and follow it around a bend. Tropical Breeze is located on the left hand side across from a bicycle and key shop.
