For YOUNG families:
We have all the necessary equipment for families with small children including three cots, three high chairs, steriliser, dedicated microwave, quality baby bath, baby monitor and plenty of games, books and equipment suitable for young children. We also provide swimming pool play craft to be used under adult supervision as well as every kind of garden play equipment for a range of ages. - We are also able to offer weekends and short breaks except July & August when it is on a Sunday to Sunday basis for the whole property and per week.
SELF CATERED rentals are available October through to May inclusive of villa heating and including a welcome starter pack of foods and wines.
Pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, bathrobes and L'Occitane toiletries included in rental costs.
Christmas and New Year rates - please enquire for options available
Security deposit of 2,500 Euros for whole property based on one weeks rental.
Pool heating April to October is charged locally at 50 Euros per day.

The property The main lounge is impressively large and spacious. The high wooden beamed ceilings create a feeling of grandeur complimented by the beautiful parquet flooring, wood-panelled walls and the grand staircase. A revitalizing yet relaxed atmosphere is created by the neutral tones and contemporary finishes that so obviously dominate the room. An abundance of natural light floods the room through the arch of small windows which border the grand front door. On a warm summer's day, you can open the door to allow in the lovely sunshine, fresh air and floral scents. Adjoining the main lounge is the TV / reading room. This cosy room has a lovely marble fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, books and magazines for your enjoyment. From either the billiard room or the main lounge, you enter the elegant dining room. The marble fireplace, candles, parquet floors and high ceilings altogether create a very special atmosphere.
