Erica house is a lovely detached three bed villa on the popular Heywoods Estate, 5 minutes walk to Almond Beach Resort and other beautiful West Coast beaches, and close to historic Speightown where all the banks and shops can be found.
The new property is finished to the highest standard with new furnishings and equipment in all rooms.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms .The master bedroom has a safe.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave. and coffee machine.
The villa has a utility room, complete with washing machine.
This villa has cable TV boasting some 34 channels, with DVD and music stereo, a telephone is available. Internet access is also available at a small cost.

Erica House is located in the quiet residential area of Heywoods Park on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados , within a few minutes walking distance is the Historic town of Speightstown offering varied leisure opportunities, banks ,supermarkets and shops, meet the local vendors selling fresh produce along the side - walks.
Typical beautiful white sanded beaches with crystal clear blue water are also only 3/5 minutes walking distance away.
Heywoods Park being adjacent to Almond Beach, and next to Port St Charles, with its beautiful Marina.
All of Barbados is easily accessible from this location,but there are good eating places nearby including some on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the view, good food and maybe a rum punch.
