    1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the deposit of $200/ £100 has been received.
    2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
    3. A security deposit of $300/ £150 is payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a satisfactory Management Company report of no loss or damage to the condo.
    4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable
    condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
    5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above.

Our self-catering Orlando condo / apartment is beautifully furnished and includes: a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV, 20 inch LCD televisions and DVD players in each bedroom, a leather sofa sleeper, a full size washer and dryer, PlayStation3, iPod clock radios in every bedroom, phone service for national and international calls, free high speed wireless internet service and a computer and printer. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all electrical goods, glassware, dishware, cookware and utensils. All beds have luxury pillow-top mattresses and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets to add that extra luxury to your stay. Luxury, hotel quality towels are provided, as well as pool towels and a hairdryer in each bathroom.
