Agde villa Rental Property Information

Our villa is set in a private residential area with private parking. For summer 2006 we have added a fully equipped summer kitchen adjacent to the swimming pool for al fresco dining. The pool is heated for Spring and Autumn comfort. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining room with log fire, opening into a south facing solarium. There are two double bedrooms, large bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate shower, toilet and double vanity unit and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, double sink and clothes dryer. Large kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave and an inset log fire. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, with aircon, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, and 2 further large bedrooms one with double bed and a single bed and one with 3 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have separate access to an ensuite bathroom.

  • To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. All foreign currency transfers to be paid by Clients. A 'Caution' or refundable deposit of £200 is required with the balance, to cover any breakages, damage to house and contents including furniture and fittings, mattresses and bedding and pool area and to ensure the house is left, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. This caution to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. Our villa is available for Christmas and New Year 2005 – please ask for details.
  • For smaller families and out of season rentals we make a charge per person per week. We are also able to offer bed and breakfast - please request details. Our villa is warm and comfortable for a winter break, with a generous allowance for electric heating and logs which are supplied free for fires in the lounge and kitchen.
  • Longer lets may also be possible in our villa. Please ask for any further information or help you may require by email or fax/phone.
    A Garden Apartment is also available for short or long lets outside High Season

An independent, fully equipped, ground floor apartment measuring approximately 65 sq mts with garden and patio dining area, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, built in cooker and inset hob, tv, double bedroom and sleeping two, large shower room with washing machine and laundry is available for rent with the main Villa by arrangement. Price on application. The villa is our home during the rest of the year and we have endeavoured to make it a very comfortable family home; we therefore welcome families and couples. The 'L' shaped pool is 45 sq.mts The pool and garden area will be serviced daily during your stay.

Guest Book 'Congratulations for creating such a beautiful holiday home. We all had a wonderful time and found the house extremely well equipped. Needless to say the pool was a great hit with the children and adults alike and being able to barbeque in the evenings was an added bonus.
