Silverthorne private home Rental Property Information

Come stay at our beautiful Silverthorne townhouse! Built in 2001, it has 2,350 square feet, a heated 2 car garage, full kitchen and all modern appliances! It is located in the Wildernest subdivision which overlooks Silverthorne and is surrounded by National Forest. Our townhome is just 15 minutes away from Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. Loveland Ski Area is less well known (and less packed!) and only 20 minutes away. Vail is a little farther at 30 minutes away. There is a free Summit County shuttle to the first 4 ski areas and stops within walking distance of the townhouse. Radiant floor heat - hardwood floors are always warm! Top Floor Full kitchen, with all appliances, dishes and cookware. Dining table seats 6 and bar countertop seats an additional 2. Living room has leather couches with seating for 6, a home theater system and 32" cable tv. A gas fireplace warms the room. Outdoor balcony with gas grill (only available for summer rentals). 3/4 bath with shower. Ground Floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, personal balcony and 20" cable tv with vcr/dvd. It also has a gas fireplace. Attached is the master bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Bottom Floor Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, 25" cable tv with vcr and attached full bath. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds and one 19" cable tv with vcr. Full bathroom Washer and dryer NO SMOKING - NO PETS Summers in Silverthorne are just as fun filled as winters!
