  • A 30% deposit is taken at time of booking. Final balance is due 10 weeks before arrival date.
    A security deposit of £1,000.00 per week is taken when final balance is due. This is returned within 30 days of departure subject to confirmation that no damage has occurred.

    Arrivals between 16.00hrs and 19.00hrs. Villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. If these time are difficult, please advise at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    A 2% fee is applicable on credit card payments. On American Express cards a 3% fee will apply.

The enormous kitchen has been fitted with two fridge-freezers, a Godin theatre range with six burners, warming oven, main oven and side oven. The kitchen is also equipped with juicer, food processor and coffee machine. There are two sitting rooms in the villa. One is on the ground floor and has home cinema, TV, video, DVD player, table football and seating for 10, the other is on the first floor where the huge stone fireplace is situated and has a 5 CD changer an ipod docking station and seats 10 to 12 people. There is a separate office on the 3rd floor complete with computer, printer, fax, copier and internet access. Outside there three separate terraces at different levels.

Additional Services At an additional cost, we can offer the following services: Chef Service - chef will cook, set up, serve, wait on you and clear everything up after so all you have to do is eat, drink and be merry. A perfect way to celebrate that special anniversary. Babysitting Service - for when you want to go out for dinner without having to worry about the children. Housekeeping - this service provided 3 hrs a day, mornings only. Italian Cooking Courses - take a little bit of Italy back with you by learning the Italian way of cooking. Italian Language Courses - English speaking Italian teacher will come to the villa and teach. Art Courses - local artist will come to the villa and help you with your brush strokes. We can also offer yoga and wine tasting evenings.
