Our apartment is walking distance to all cosmopolitan Nice has to offer. The Promenade and the beach give you a chance to either sit in style soaking up the Cote d'Azur sunshine or participate in the numerous activities on offer including running, roller blading or cycling the promenade, diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing and jet-skiing. The Old Town has hundreds of alleys yearning to be explored, full of character and history. The shopping is exceptional, from high street to designer its a shopaholics dream. Nice Port offers a chance to observe the jet set lifestyle over a cappuccino or you can take a boat trip from Nice down the coast to St Tropez and Cannes or you can explore the numerous little islands. Place Massena is the new cosmopolitan centre of Nice, vibrant and chique. Nice also has many art museums, exhibitions and theatres to feed the senses. A short bus trip gives you Monaco, Cannes and St Tropez, many hidden historical hillside villages and the ski slopes at Isola.

  • The Nice Apartment has a fully kitted out luxury bathroom and a separate WC. Both are brand new and very clean and shiny. The bathroom has double his and hers sinks, separate shower cubicle with powerful and hot shower head and a bath, in France it is very unusual to have a bath in rental apartments and even more rare in Nice apartments. A large heated towel rail for ensuring all your hand, bath and beach towels from your days sun bathing or morning swim on Nice's blue flag pebble beaches are dry and ready to use again. May be you have been jogging through Nice and down the promenade. There is a full width mirror has built-in lights and automatic de-misting function as well as an international shaving socket. There is a continuous supply of hot water running water, so no risk of running out when everyone is getting ready to go out for the evening to enjoy the Nice restaurants and bars. We provide Bath Towels (great big soft Egyptian cotton ones) and hand towels, - no extra cost.

  • There are two large bedrooms; one double bed and one twin (although the beds can be pushed together to make another double in the Twin). Both bedrooms are at the back of the property overlooking a beautiful garden with palm trees which is very rare in Nice. Both bedrooms are exceptionally quiet with shutters to ensure a good nights sleep. Each bedroom also has it's own climate controls that give individual preference to temperature from the central air conditioning and heating system. There is a good sized double sofa bed in the lounge as well to allow parties of up to 6 to stay. What is more, we also provide all the luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels - no extra charge. N.B. Having two small children who awake at a pin drop, we have been very careful to select our Nice apartment so it very centrally located in 06000 Nice but in an exceptional position where it is also possible to have near absolute silence and darkness in the bedrooms at night to have a perfect sleep.

The Nice apartment is a first floor apartment, in a typical and traditional, well maintained Niçois building. On entering the building you enter a welcoming lobby with large mirror, you have a choice of taking two flights up a clean and fresh stairway with picturesque stained glass windows overlooking the rear gardens or take the elevator to carry up your shopping or purchases of antiques or art from the numerous local galleries. N.B. Having an elevator is very rare so close to the old town where a lot of the apartments are on high floors in buildings with poor condition communal areas on no Lift ! All mod cons including: Air-conditioning and heating; Oven; Dishwasher; Microwave; Washing Machine; Hair-dryer; SKY TV, DVD/CD player, Free WIFI Internet access. Linen and towels provided with no added cost. Children are welcome. A cot and highchair are available on request at no additional cost. For the benefit of all our guests this is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.

Our Nice apartment is in the Best Location As you can tell from it's 06000 post code. You really can't find a better location in Nice to access all this City has to offer. Nice Centre with the best shopping and restaurants just round the corner. Just over the street is the old town with it's alley ways, galleries and shops. Place Massena is across the public gardens. The beach is less that 400m away. The Tramway passes the end of the road. The nearest cafe is literally across the street. The bus station is the nearest stop, where you can reach Monaco, Cannes, Catch the Ski bus direct to Isola 2000 and many other nearby popular destinations.

Our Nice apartment has the Best Facilities All the appliances, bathroom suite and state of the art air conditioning and climate controlled heating system are all brand new and of the best quality. High speed Internet access is fee to use. We really have spared no expense to ensure we and our guests can enjoy the apartment when they stay.
