  • Rental price includes exclusive use of the villa & gardens during contracted periods; bi-weekly swimming pool maintenance, weekly cleaning and household essentials such as linen, towels and tableware. A 'Welcome Pack' will be supplied on arrival. EURO PAYMENTS WELCOMED.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken to secure your booking for the period of time you would like the villa.

    Clean Egyptian cotton sheets are provided on all beds at the beginning of your stay and blankets dependant on the time of year.

    Clean cotton bath towels are also provided in all 5 bathrooms. Beach towels should be brought for around the pool.
  • 2 Week bookings are offered a 10% discount off the second week. 3 week bookings are offered 10% off both second and third weeks.

Additional activities: Beaches: Le Marche lies on the eastern side of central Italy, with fabulous blue-flag beaches running along the clear Adriatic Sea. In true Italian style, take a sun lounger for the day at nearby Senigalia, Numana or Sirolo.

Wine tours and tasting sessions Take advantage of this wonderful wine region by enjoying a tour and tasting session at one of the many local vineyards. Our favourite is a small 'family-run' business whose wines have recently made their mark on the world wine stage. Some of their Verdicchio grapes come from the vineyards next to our garden.
