The very quiet location ensures complete privacy. It is only a ten minutes walk from the village centre but you cannot see the house from the village because it is surrounded by woods and the road leading to the villa is a dead end. It is quite unusual to find such a peaceful place so close to a village. The house is in the Etruscan area, north of Rome, in the Tiber Valley. It is within a completely fenced estate of 45 acres. In the landscape you can see a valley with a stream and, far away, the small villages of Umbria. The location is perfect: ten minutes from the highway to Rome and Florence, right in the centre of Italy, among: Rome, Florence, Umbria and the coast. You can reach Rome by car or by train in less than one hour and you can plan a day-trip to many natural and historical places. You will find all the sites linked to the Etruscan culture, the Italian Renaissance Gardens or the art cities. The owners will be glad to provide local information.

| Notes: | The villa was built in 1999, according to the rules of bio-architecture. Natural materials (natural paint, plaster wthout chemical additives, wood, cork, clay bricks, tiled floors and local stones) were exclusively used to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen seats ten comfortably inside. There are two arcades outside the kitchen: the first furnished for summer dinners (big round table for 12 people), the other one with a barbeque, a sink and surfaces to cook in the open air. There is a 3,000 sm lawn around the house with very old olive trees. Deck-chairs, tables and sun beds for a rest in the landscape areas. |
