This Orlando villa is located in Rolling Hills sub division of Kissimmee and is part of the prestigeous Formosa Gardens Estates which are the most sought after villas in the Orlando/Disney area. Around a 5 minute drive to the Disney parks and even less to the famous US 192 area where you will find an abundance of shopping, dining and minor attractions such as mini golf, funfairs and helicopter rides etc. Not only is this Orlando villa in a great location it is also a great Disney area villa also!! This Disney villa features a south facing pool deck overlooking a small pretty lake. There are fish in the lake for those who want to spend a quiet hour or two fishing right at the back of this great Orlando villa..

  • Pool heat is optional and if requested will be charged extra at a daily rate of $25.
    A security deposit of $350.00 will be applied by 'authorising' the charge to the guest's credit card. This charge will not be 'activated' unless damage or theft occurs. This is to cover any damage or theft from the property. Normal wear and tear and small breakages are acceptable. A deposit of $300 is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Guests staying more than one week but less than 2 weeks for example a 10 night stay will be charged pro rata rate of a one week stay, they will not be charged the higher nightly rate
    All stays of less than 5 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $85.
