Roman Forum Palace***** is located in the heart of Roman Forum area, inside Heart of Historical Centre (Colosseum/Roman Forum). The ancient palace was completely renovated ('08) and divided into 4 studio apartments (we rent also 1 unit or up to all the 4 units) . Roman Forum Palace is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop (100 meters) and buses to every part of Rome.

This apartment studio is a penthouse with terrace. It is a Open space, very elegant furnished. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings, “parquet” flooring, fireplace. It is divided in a living area with fireplace , kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-shower. Panoramic view and typical location in characteristic street of Rione Monti. The apartments is just completely restored (A\C, PLASMA TV, Satellite, INTERNET adsl, autonomy heating, private terrace, parquet flooring, fireplace).

The Monti district was originally one of the most ancient suburbs of Rome. It is in the heart of the historical centre just a stones throw away from the The Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum (Foro Romano) and about 10-15 minutes by walk to the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna.
Colosseum: originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, after the family name of Vespasian, it was inaugurated by his son Titus in 80 AD. The massive structure could seat more than 50,000 and the bloody gladiator combat and wild beast shows held there. Nowadays the Colosseo is the international symbol for Rome and still is one of the most amazing constructions of the ancient Rome and a must see for everybody who visits our magnificent city.

* Transfer from or to the apt 50,00 Euro ( car up to 3 people with 3 lugagges), 60,00 Euro (MiniVan up 6 people)
- CHECK-IN: AN APPOINMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. You can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am) or anytime on Sunday and all national festivities. Any check in after midnight must be arranged previous to your arrival and can carry a late check in fee of Euro 50
