This historic center building has two apartments: Casa Marquês has two bedrooms, one dining room and one living room with a sofa bed. Casa Tertius has three bedrooms, one living/ dining room. Both have large kitchens fully equipped where you can comfortably prepare your meals. Though with different styles, the soft and natural colours of the decoration offer you a cozy and relaxing environment. It’s a perfect summer holiday rental for all the family or a three day romantic escape all year. From the balcony, you can appreciate Lisbon's beautiful light reflected on the white walls of Graça Church, bright in the morning and golden at sunset. Experiment a time travel from the ancient ruins of the 'Roman theatre' to the modern era of 'Parque das Nações', the modern night-life of Bairro Alto mixed with the traditional Fado Houses and typical restaurants of Alfama, Mouraria and Castelo. Wander through medieval streets, walk to the castle for the most breathtaking panorama of the city.

Casa Marquês has two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. The Living room was decorated in natural colours and the back wall was covered in a springtime greenish tissue which gives the room a cheerful and cosy 'ambience'. Two sofas, the brown one is a sofa bed large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. We equipped the living room with a TV, DVD Player with Home cinema system, DVD movies, Portuguese music and board games. From this room you can enjoy the beautiful view to Graça Church from the balcony. We decorated the dinning room with a simple and classical pattern, with natural soft colours because we support the 'slow food movement'. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small wardrobe, we tried to give to this room a romantic ambiance, in dark red and white tones. The second bedroom, with twin beds and a wardrobe, is decorated inlively blue and brown colours. Our bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Visit our website for more details
