It lies in the quietness of the country just behind the renowned seaside resort of Forte Dei Marmi, whose long, sandy beaches are only 3 km far away and easy reachable by bike. It’s the typical Tuscan house in the country made of the local stones and marbles from the nearby quarries of Carrara, whose worldwide most famous artistic work centre is the town of Pietrasanta (2 km). The whole house (150 sm), its 2000sm garden surrounded by hedges, are at complete disposal just of the guests, offering them relaxing hours in the most complete privacy. Ground floor: a fully furnished veranda for up to 10 persons, with tables, chairs, divans and armchairs; a living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs and fire-place; a complete kitchen; 1 shower and WC room with bidet. First floor: a twin bedroom and a bathroom with WC and bidet. Second floor: a twin bedroom and a communicating double room.

The Versilia is a small region located in northern Tuscany, whose name derives from the river Versilia, which flows from the Apuan Alps until the sea, through the municipal districts of Stazzema, Seravezza, Forte Dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. It is well known for its fine sandy beaches covering over 20 Km. Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Botero and many more, the charming, medieval town of Pietrasanta is a renowned international centre for artists working in marble and bronze. Around the Cathedral square there are several coffee-houses and restaurants, where you can taste the local cuisine. Forte Dei marmi is loved by tourists from all over the world who spend their holidays in magnificent villas surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, enjoying the sun and the shopping in the several designer boutiques. The weekly market held on Wednesdays in the town centre is famous all over Italy for quality and fair price. Florence 100 km. Pisa 37 km. Lucca 28 km. Le Cinque Terre 45 km.

- MPORTANT REMARKS: the given rates include water and the change once a week of the linen, which are: bed and table linen, 2 towels plus a larger one for each person + tea clothes. On request the change can follow more often at the cost for each time of Euros 10 per person. Not included are heating and electricity, which have to be paid cash according to the amount consumed. Final cleaning: Euros 80 to be paid in cash on arrival day (compulsory). A daily cleaning service is also not included but it may be requested at Euro 15 for each hour. Pets: Extra-charge of Euros 50 per week/pet. Security deposit: Euros 500 to be given cash at the delivery of the keys on arrival day. It will be returned on the departing day, with deduction of the amount due for eventual damages. Gas metano/heating and warm water: metered, Euro 0,60 per m3.
