Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on gated community close to all amenities Naples has to offer. The main feature is the large heated pool and oversized screened patio/lanai for those lazy days in the sun or those evenings al fresco dining at the barbecue. Large, sunny open plan living room/dining room/kitchen all overlook the pool area. Living room has 52' TV/CD/DVD compatible with MP3 and IPod. Dining room seats 6 with additional seating on bar stools at the kitchen counter. Master bedroom has oversized king bed and 26' TV/DVD player and opens directly onto the poolside. Master bath has his and hers sinks, walk in shower and large soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms have 19' TV/DVD player. Second bedroom has queen bed and also opens directly onto poolside. Third bedroom has twin beds. Double garage is equipped with 2 bikes and fishing rods and equipment for your use. This house was completely refurbished in Dec 07 and all fixtures and fittings both inside and out are brand new.

The world famous Everglades are less than 1 hr drive and for the ultimate Florida experience The Keys are only 2 1/2 hrs away. Or why not drive Alligator Alley across to Miami (1 1/2 hrs) for its fabulous beaches and exciting nightlife.

Large pool/lanai area is furnished with table and 6 chairs, 4 loungers and 2 reclining lounger chairs. There is also an outside bar and bar stools. Pool has electric heating and a solar blanket for winter months. There is a large gas barbecue and additional lighting has been installed for evening dining. There are 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs and 4 fishing rods and equipment for your use. Beach towels and a cool box are also provided. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washer, dryer and sink. Utility leads directly into double garage. There is also an over sized additional fridge/freezer in the garage for ' beer and bait'.

Alternatively, fish from Naples Pier, one of Naples great traditions and a must see place. Briarwood has tennis courts, a large communal pool and club house for your use.
