Pool has electric heating and a solar blanket for winter months. There is a large gas barbecue and additional lighting has been installed for evening dining. There are 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs and 4 fishing rods and equipment for your use. Beach towels and a cool box are also provided. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washer, dryer and sink. Utility leads directly into double garage. There is also an over sized additional fridge/freezer in the garage for ' beer and bait'.

Sports activities in Naples Naples has over 35 golf courses and many fine tennis courts. For the fisherman, you can charter a boat for deep sea fishing or fishing on the backwaters of the Everglades. Alternatively, fish from Naples Pier, one of Naples great traditions and a must see place. Briarwood has tennis courts, a large communal pool and club house for your use.
