Elegant, silver-greyish Pietra-Serena stone frames the windows and doors made of cypress wood, which are provided with neat brass fittings in the antique style. The beautiful garden has a number of benches where you can relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings, and an excellently situated large, elegant swimming pool with a shower in the small bamboo grove.

The owner of the house planned the renown on his own with utmost care over years; with a sharp eye, he tastefully designed the interior with select objects and carefully chosen furnishings, resulting in a real masterpiece. State-of-the-art facilities are 'hidden' behind an unpretentious, but utterly charming surface resembling monastery-like simplicity. This simplicity is not accidental but the result of meticulous design deliberately limiting the furnishings to the essentials. The design was always determined by one leitmotif, namely to respect and retain the gracefulness and simplicity of the old farmhouse in harmony with its rural setting.
