This newly restored 17th century palazzo in the beautiful, unspoilt Valnerina is a perfect place to holiday in luxury. There is a choice of four properties, 3 of them for up to 6 people and the largest one for ten. Many of the original decorations have been restored and the furniture and fitments are all of the highest standards. Almost all the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a mixture of baths and showers. The area is visually stunning with the views from the pool area unbeatable. The Valnerina has lots to offer, both for sightseeing and activities and the whole of Umbria is within reach for day or half day trips. All this, along with the excellent, inexpensive restaurants makes it your number one choice for 2008.

Newly restored country Palazzo with many original feature including painted ceiings, frescoes, terracotta floors, etc. All the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room and are spacious and well furnished. Special features include the old kitchens with open fire, bread oven, terracotta sink and enormous old chestnut beams; a small chapel complete with altar and cloverleaf window; spacious sitting room; study, dining room, second kitchen....... all in all a luxurious and interesting property. Outside is a private garden for dining al fresco and path down to the pool and gardens.

In the unspoilt Valnerina but only 15 minutes from Spoleto, Residenza La Geppa sits on a shoulder half way up the north side of the valley in a sunny location with wonderful views. Ideally placed to explore this unspoilt area including Norcia and Cascia (homes of St Benedict and St Rita) and higher into the Appennines to Castellucio and the Great Plain. Also convenient for all of Umbria including Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Gubbio, etc. Rome is less than 90 minutes by train for an interesting day trip.
