A short bike ride to the beach, fifteen minutes up the coast from LAX, and a short drive to Santa Monica, downtown Los Angeles, Malibu, or Hollywood, this guest house is the perfect location for a weekend adventure or a longer extended stay.
The house has its own parking spot and entrance that opens up to a private and cozy courtyard with lots of green, an outdoor beach shower with hot water, a gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. Inside the home you will find beautiful hardwood floors, all new contemporary furnishings and high tech conveniences such as: flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD/iPod entertainment system and high speed wireless internet. It has a full kitchen and Jacuzzi bath with shower. The bedroom contains a large and comfortable king sized bed and ample closet space.
