Ideally located for all the major congresses in Cannes, including - Midem (January), Mipim (March), Miptv (April), Festival du Film (May), Fipa (June), Mipcom (October), Tax Free (October). And of course it goes without saying, it is great for a beach holiday too! Fully air-conditioned, two bedroom apartment, situated less than 1 kilometre from La Croisette and the Cannes Convention Center. Nearest city is Nice and nearest airport is Nice (15 miles), alternatively Toulon Airport (50 miles), Genoa (100 miles). Property sleeps five; one reception room; two twin bedrooms; two bathrooms; two water closet or toilets. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.     Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times to the property are between 16.00 - 19.00 hours. Arrivals after 19.00 hours are subject to an out of hours arrival supplement. 2 weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival: 14th to 25th May.
    A security deposit of €1000.00 is charged to a major credit card 3 weeks before arrival, and will be cancelled / refunded in full, less the cost of any damage or breakages.
  • We normally offer a 15% Discount on all LAST MINUTE bookings, made within 7 days of arrival.
    Full payment on all LAST MINUTE bookings must be made in full upon receipt of confirmation of the booking. We welcome LONG LETS, (over 4 weeks) and offer special rates for such bookings during our Low and Mid Season months.
