  • Deposit
    • The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of one night’s stay for any reservation of less than five nights.
    • The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of 30% of the amount of the entire stay for any stay of five nights or more (the amount to be paid will be the equivalent of 3 nights for any stay of 6 to 20 nights and 6 nights for any stay of more than 21 nights).
    • If the required deposit has not been received at least ten days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation can be automatically cancelled.
    • Bookings are registered as soon as the deposit is received.
    • HotelHome Paris 16 reserves the right to request a security deposit on arrival, by credit card or cash.

    For any medium or long stay (more than five nights), we kindly ask to our guests to pay
    either a deposit each week or to settle their invoice each week.
  • A written cancellation shall be notified to HotelHome Paris 16 by facsimile, e-mail or post mail. The effective date of written cancellation will be the date of receipt (before 2 pm, Paris time) of that cancellation at HotelHome Paris 16. HotelHome Paris 16 will box the reservation's deposit or, in absence of deposit, will be paid on the credit card of the customer or regulated by the company having carried out the reservation.
    For any stay
    • 10 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 11 and 20 days prior arrival,
    • 30 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival,
    • 60 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 1 and 4 days prior arrival,
    • 100 % of full stay if the cancellation notified less than one day prior arrival.
    • In case of no-show, the entire cost of the stay will have to be paid
    • Any apartment booked will be charged for the entire stay booked, even in case of an earlier departure.
  • At HotelHome Paris 16, we offer you decreasing rental rates. Our rates are according to the number of persons staying in the apartment (up to 4 in the apartments Suite Double and Twin Suite and up to 6 in the apartment Family Suite) and the number of nights of their stay. To guests coming through HomeAway Holiday-Rentals, even if they stay less than 3 nights, we offer them automatically the rate for any stay of 3 to 5 nights (a 15 % discount on the public rate for one or 2 nights). Then we have rates for any stay of 6 to 20 nights (with a 25 % discount on the public rate for one or 2 nights) and rates for any stay of 21 nights or more (with a 40 % discount on the public rate for one or 2 nights). During some promotionnal periods, we also offer a 20 % discount on all our rates (usually from the 1st of november to mid december and also in january and february). Our largest apartments (Twin Suite, Suite Double and Family Suite) are all air-conditioned, accessible by lift, and have a charming lounge/dining room with fireplace, warm parquet flooring complemented with a soft carpet and crown mouldings on the ceiling, one (or more) spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one (or two) bath (or shower) rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
