Fantastic 7 bedroom luxury villa situated on golf course rated 6th in Florida, it offers a gym and restaurant in the club house that is all included with the villa. Private pool and spa which has larger than average decking with sun loungers for sun bathers together with 2 lounges, kitchen and 2 dinning rooms. The villa has two ensuite bathrooms and a further 2 separate bathrooms and separate WC. It also has a games room with beautiful pool table. It is in a gated community which is manned 24hrs a day. The villa is situated around 8 mins from all local attractions including Disney World and Cypress Gardens as well as Gator Land. You will have to travel around 13 mins to major shopping malls and Island of adventure and universal studios. A superstore Wal-mart is just at the gates of the complex which is around 2 minutes from the villa, together with chemist and numerous restaurants. It is around 1 hour drive to beautiful beaches which include Daytona and Vero Beach.

Close by some of the most wonderful restaurants and shopping malls just some to choose from, Florida mall, millenium shopping mall and circuit city for those who like electrical goods. You can also try water skiing and airboat rides all within a 15 min drive. The villa is situated on hole 4 of an International golf course which has been rated 6th in Florida.

Golf Information: The international golf course has been voted 6th in Florida, it is fabulous for both starter and professionals. If you need help you can take lessons from the resident teacher or you could go on the putting green or just practice your swing. If you love golf this is the place you want to be the greens are fantastic. With the near perfect weather and a golf course designed by one of the biggest architects, it comes as no surprise that professional golfers frequently grace the course. It has 18 holes and our villa is situated on hole number 4.
