In Sicily Villa ROSE is set at less than 10 minutes away from Cefalù (6 km) and its magnificent beaches and architectural beauties. Nestled on the side of a hill 250 meters above sea level, the estate is surrounded by old-growth Oak woods, citrus and olive groves. Apart from having one of the swimming pool (exclusive use) with one of the most beautiful sight of the whole Sicily with view on Tyrrhenian Sea and on Rocca of Cefalù is marked for its elegance. The villa has room for 8 people (four rooms with TV and air conditioning and two bathrooms) and a very large living room with kitchen corner and fire place. Larger group can be accommodated in cottages at 25 meters from the Villa. The cottages consists of 6 rooms (each with a private entrance) that are all furnished with a distinctive elegant and simplicity. All the rooms of cottages have private bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. NOTE: THESE PRICE ARE REFERRED ONLY TO VILLA. THE PRICE OF EXTRA ROOMS IN COTTAGES ARE ON REQUEST.

A kitchen space full furnished where the black of Carrara marble merges harmonically with pastel colours of antique Sicilian majolica. The central area of the living room is marked by the huge fireplace and by the huge table made of chestnut.
