Parma farmhouse Rental Property Information

Spacious villa situated between Milan and Bologna in the Apennine Mountains. Built with local stone making it warm in winter and cool in summer. Restoration completed in December 2007. It has 4 double bedrooms and a large landing on 2nd floor with bunk beds + 2 new bathrooms. A large living room with wood burning stove and dining area for 12 people. Kitchen has all modern appliances. It has terra cotta tiles on 1st and 2nd Floor and wooden floors on 3rd. central heating and double glazed windows with shutters and mosquito shades. There is an outside patio with a large bar-b-cue and table + chairs for outside dining in the beautiful balmy evenings. Villa Nascosta is set in the hillside above Salsomaggiore in a small hamlet of renovated stone villas. There are wonderful views across the valley with peace and tranquillity. The local Trattoria's offer superb local cuisine at very reasonable prices, in summer there are local festas' in surrounding villages. 15km to A1. Motorway.

Besozzola is in the Province of Parma, in the centre of Northern Italy the immediate area offers plenty to explore on foot, bicycle or car. Travel to Milan and the Lakes, Mediterranean coast & Florence in less the 2hrs the famous Spa towns of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano are just a few minutes drive and offer therapeutic Treatments. Golf Information: We have 2 excellent 18 Hole Golf Courses nearby, Salsomaggiore Course is less then 15min. drive and Castel A'rquato is 30mins. drive. During the week these courses are virtually empty as they are mainly played on by residents of Milan and visitors to the area. Prior to your holiday you can go online and check the facilities.
