Alghero apartment Rental Property Information

Is comfortable and welcoming 30sqm open-plan, ideal for two persons. It was entirely renovated and refurbished in 2005. It's composed of a kitchenette with hub, fridge, and little table for eating. The kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, and pans, cutlery. The sleeping area has a comfortable 2 single bed with adjacent bathroom with shower. The studio is located on the first floor of a epoch building (XV cent) in the heart of the old town in road full of impressive Gothic Catalan architecture. Just 150 meters from the marvellous promenade along the sea which runs from the marina along the Bastions (the old city wall) from which you can admire the old towers and fabulous view of Capo-Caccia. One of the advantages of the location is that you are close to Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Stores, Supermarkets, Drug stores, Cinema, Theatres, the taxi stand, the post office, banks end tourist information office.     - daily cleaning € 15 per day;
    - private Italian lesson and visit of town, daily excursion in the island with private expert guide € 90 (max 2 pax);
    -transfer to\from airport € 35;
  • NOTE:
    - the flat will be given at 17,00 pm (possibility to deposit you luggage if you arrive before 17,00);
    - the flat should be left before 10,00 am;
    - the deposit (at your expense) that should be given when you book the flat is 30% of the total fare; the rest (please, only cash) will be given the day of arrival with a security deposit of 200€ that will be given back to you when you leave if everything is there are no damage to flat;
    - the kitchen tablecloth and napkin are not provided;
    - animals are not admitted;
    - it is not possible smoking in the apartments.
