The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. It also has 2 bathrooms and its own private swimming pool. It is elegantly furnished throughout and sleeps up to 6 people. Adjacent to this is a small shopping parade with various other convenience stores including Winn Dixie. Across the main road there are numerous eateries including Chinese, American Diners and other fast food restaurants.

ATTRACTIONS Enjoy Florida’s all year round sunshine and excellent climate.The main focus for the Orlando area is in no doubt the many theme parks, ranging from the world renowned Disney World to Universal Studios, Sea World and the various themed water parks. To the west you can drive to the Gulf coast towns like St Petersburg and Clearwater with their lovely beaches and not forgetting Tampa itself with both a city feel and its share of fun with Busch Gardens. To the east the Atlantic coast and probably the most famous visitor attraction here is the Kennedy Space Centre where tours of the massive facility are conducted on a daily basis. There is something for everyone in Orlando. 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Head for Interstate 4, come off at Highway 27 and Southern Dunes is approximately 7 miles on the left hand side.
