?Planning a holiday? why not stay in an executive 3 bedroomed villa equipped with its own luxury pool and Jacuzzi? This beautiful family home is situated in the new development of Silver Creek, just 1 mile north of the busy 192 area and only 15 minutes from all Disney World attractions. The home is within safe walking distance of supermarkets a post office, banks and restaurants. In addition, there are many golf courses all within 5 to 20 minutes driving.
Sleeping 6 persons comfortably, the villa has 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite facilities and the twin room has an adjacent bathroom. Plenty of drawer and hanging space for clothes with all bedrooms having cable television.
The main open lounge boasts 2 large sofa seats, one of which folds out to a double bed if required. In addition, a large screen television, DVD player and stereo system has been provided for those ?after park chill out evenings?. The lounge offers direct access to the pool area, which has a covered lanai. A telephone is provided with free local calls.
You will find all the appliances you need; cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave e.t.c. in the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen, is the dining area, which has an excellent view into the pool area. The integral garage is accessed from the kitchen area and is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
All rooms are equipped with full air conditioning and with added comfort of ceiling fans. Turnday: Any.
