For its location and lay out, it’s the perfect choice for groups, but, been located very close to historical centre and Termini mainline station, it’s also ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but in the same time looking for an accommodation in the centre of Rome with a reasonable price. Flatinrome Termini it’s in the typical university district named “San Lorenzo”. The description is for 8 apartments, but you can also rent some of them.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Minimum number of people in the party: 8
    Minimum stay : 3 days
    Children: up to 2 y.o.not occupying a bed: free. From 2 to 6 y.o. : 50%
    20% deposit payable at booking
    Cash in full at the check-in
    Security Deposit : 50 Euro per person refundable at the end of the stay
    Check-in time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am
    Late check-in or early checkout is 5 Euro per person

    Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
    OTHERWISE :
    If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY refunded. Other expenses will not be refunded.
  • EXTRA SERVICES:
    Transfer to/from airport : 15 Euro per person (60 or 70 Euro minimum fee)
    Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person, minimum 50 Euro
    Baby cot (free)
    Baby sitter (10 Euro per hour)
    Mobile telephone rental (5 Euro per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile that can talk for free with the other one
    A memorable day in Vatican. Adults: 42 Euro. Children 7-12 y.o.: 32 Euro. Children 0-6 y.o.: free. This package includes:
